Ukraine Minister Accuses Russian Soldiers of Rape

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba says Russian soldiers are raping women in Ukraine. There are said to be “countless cases”, but he provided no evidence, and the information has not been independently verified.

During a visit to a think tank in London, Koeleba stated that it is difficult to talk about “the efficiency of international law” because cities are bombed and raped.

The sexual abuse allegedly took place in areas under the control of the Russian military.

The minister supported the idea of former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, former judges and law experts on the creation of a special tribunal.

Koeleba sees international law as “the only instrument of civilization” Ukraine has to hold accountable those who make the war possible.
