The UK will Request to Russia to Extradite Two Suspects in Novichok Poisoning. The UK government is ready to file a request to Russia to extradite two suspected Russians in the case of Poisoning by Novice in Salisbury.
This is reported by The Guardian, citing sources in the British government and security services.

“This step comes after months of painstaking investigation of hundreds of police and intelligence officers who combined the movements and actions of the two Russians, from their arrival in Britain before departure,” the newspaper notes.
The publication notes that Russia will not take such a step and will “certainly refuse” Britain. And the request itself will aggravate the diplomatic scandal between Britain and Russia.
Recall that the British police believes that the attempt on the ex-colonel of Russian intelligence Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia organised two groups from Russia. One group delivered the nerve agent “Novice” in Britain, and the other was poisoned.
