Myanmar’s deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi, has been moved to another military location, a local news website reports.
She has been detained in her own home in the capital Naypyidaw since the military coup on February 1.
Suu Kyi’s party tells the news site that it was moved six days ago. “We don’t know where she was taken,” said a spokesman. The military has not responded.
Myanmar has been restless for weeks after the coup.
Hundreds of thousands of people take to the streets to demonstrate against the military junta. Actions of civil disobedience are also carried out.
