In the explosion of a taxi in Liverpool, England, the suspect has been preparing his attack for at least seven months. British anti-terror police said on Wednesday.
Emad Al-Swealmeen, the 32-year-old suspect who has killed himself in the blast, has been buying the various parts for his explosive device “at least” since he started renting a home in the city in April, police say.
She also stated that the man was born in Iraq and had suffered from psychological problems in the past.
The taxi driver was injured in the attack at the Liverpool Women’s Hospital on Sunday.
